My Leadership Impact: As the Partner Success & Delivery Manager, I developed a Delivery Team Playbook to standardize best practices, optimize communication, and enhance program efficiency. I implemented a structured issue-tracking system to strengthen program delivery and retention while improving vendor and stakeholder collaboration. My leadership in cross-functional coordination contributed to scalable program expansion and a more data-driven approach to operational success.

Objective: Led the Customer Success Management (CSM) team in the development of teacher guides for prioritized playlists on the Thrively platform, providing educators with structured support to enhance classroom instruction and student engagement.
My Leadership Impact: As the project lead, I created a structured project schedule with clear target dates, regular check-in meetings, and retrospective discussions to review progress and address obstacles. I facilitated collaboration between the CSM team and the Chief Learning Officer, ensuring alignment with instructional goals and platform priorities. Through strategic delegation and iterative feedback, I guided the development of comprehensive teacher guides, each tailored to support the instructional implementation of individual playlists.
Deliverables: Individual teacher guides for prioritized playlists, instructional strategies, engagement recommendations, and classroom implementation support materials.
Outcome: Strengthened educator support by equipping teachers with clear, practical resources to maximize student learning and engagement with Thrively’s playlists while fostering a collaborative, agile approach to content development.
