I designed and co-presented this webinar using the ADDIE framework, ensuring a structured approach to supporting instructional coaches in hybrid learning environments. Grounded in Adult Learning Theory, I developed interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and practical strategies to engage participants in meaningful learning. The session explored best practices for balancing independent and synchronous learning, leveraging digital tools, and shifting between light and heavy coaching. My goal was to equip coaches with actionable techniques to foster teacher growth, drive instructional improvement, and navigate the unique challenges of hybrid education.
