About Me.
I empower school districts to bridge the gap between adopting new technology and achieving transformative student outcomes. By blending 18+ years of K-12 expertise with PMP-certified project rigor, I architect scalable success strategies that turn complex software into indispensable classroom tools.
What I Do & How I Do It.
-
Scale Adoption through Education: I design scaled engagement programs that ensure every educator feels supported, regardless of district size.
-
Drive Retention with Data: I leverage granular usage insights to proactively identify churn risks, intervening with strategic advisory that aligns platform features with specific district goals.
-
Bridge the Technical Gap: I translate high-level product roadmaps into "bite-sized," actionable resources that build immediate clarity for stakeholders at every touchpoint.
My Passion.
-
Advocating for Educators: As a former teacher and instructional coach, I know that technology only works when it respects a teacher's time; I am driven to create "low-friction, high-impact" experiences that let teachers focus on what matters: their students.
-
Commitment to Equity: I believe that every student deserves access to high-quality instruction. I view Customer Success as the ultimate tool for ensuring EdTech solutions are implemented equitably across diverse learning environments.
How Your Organization Benefits.
-
Accelerated Time-to-Value: My "90-Day Rapid Adoption Playbook" ensures new partners see measurable ROI immediately, protecting your ARR from day one.
-
Subject Matter Authority: I bring an Ed.S. level of pedagogical depth and 18+ years of industry "language" that builds instant trust with your most senior district partners.
-
Operational Agility: With a strong bias towards action, I thrive in fast-paced "get stuff done" environments, using Generative AI and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-quality results without the need for constant oversight.
