Mannu K. Sikka
About Me.
I bridge the gap between innovative educational technology, systemic district strategy, and classroom reality. With nearly 20 years of K–12 instructional expertise and PMP-certified rigor, I architect product, program, and curriculum strategies that transform complex educational frameworks into scalable, high-impact learning experiences.
Drawing on my multi-faceted background as an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.), Instructional Coach, Strategic Advisor, and EdTech Leadership, I navigate the intersection of pedagogical depth and operational excellence. Whether leading district-wide curriculum initiatives, coaching instructional teams, or advising EdTech executives, I build the professional capacity and human-centered systems needed to drive sustainable student success.

-
Operational Agility & Innovation: I maintain a strong bias toward action with built-in iterative feedback loops, leveraging Generative AI and human-in-the-loop design to rapidly prototype strategic artifacts, high-quality resources, and teacher-facing playbooks.
-
Accelerated Time-to-Value: My framework implementation blueprints move schools, districts, and partners from initial onboarding to enthusiastic adoption through expert-led adult learning models.
Impact at a Glance
-
Scalable Educational Growth: Built high-impact instructional programs from the ground up—including comprehensive EL/multilingual frameworks, MTSS strategies, and a scaled Instructional Coach newsletter—driving up to 75% student mastery across diverse school systems.
-
System-Wide Professional Development: Successfully coached and trained dozens of school leaders and over 25+ teachers simultaneously, facilitating strategic engagement for district administrators to drive system-wide school improvement.
