I am honored to be recognized as an ASCD Emerging Leader and to have served on the Washington State ASCD Executive Board, where I supported initiatives that promote whole child education and professional learning. I’m also a former Academic Advisory Board member for Learning Ally, contributing to research-based strategies that drive meaningful engagement and long-term success. Project Management Professional (PMP)

Project Management Academy 

In February 2022, I attended a one-week PMP course provided by the Project Management Academy. This intensive training equipped me with fundamental project management skills and demonstrated their application in various professional scenarios. As a result of this comprehensive preparation, I successfully passed the PMP exam in March 2022.

National Louis University 

As I advanced in my career, I pursued enrollment in National Louis University's Educational Leadership program. There, I acquired the fundamental principles of school leadership, encompassing responsibilities such as budget management, resource allocation, and faculty administration. Additionally, I honed my coaching abilities to become a proficient and supportive thought partner.

I continued my educational path by enrolling in a MA program in Teacher Education.  I honed my expertise in K-6 pedagogy and curriculum planning, with a particular focus on literacy and English Language Learner instruction.

DePual University 

I obtained my BA in English with a minor in Women's Studies, embarking on my journey into learning design as I took on the role of a Teacher's Assistant in the Discover Chicago program. My dedication to nurturing children's learning started when I worked as an after-school caregiver at Immaculate Conception.
